Ardreagh Formwork Ardreagh Formwork Pty Ltd are a construction company based in Melbourne and have recently been awarded several new projects. As a result, we are seeking to employ a full-time experienced Carpenter with formwork expertise to join our team. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with Doka, Ischebeck Titan, and Peri systems, and be willing to commit to the company on a long-term basis.

Flexibility to relocate to regional areas at short notice is essential. We are committed to employing local workers and, where possible, prefer applications from Australian or Recent Zealand residents.

Salary: This is a full-time position. You will be paid as per the CFMEU rates and terms and conditions. This is Full-time employment, comprising 36 ordinary hours per week plus 4 hours accrued towards RDOs, in accordance with the applicable CFMEU Enterprise Agreement.

responsibilities Your primary responsibility will be constructing decks, walls, and columns to pre-designed specifications in preparation for concrete pouring and related works. Forming, erecting, and stripping formwork for decks, columns, and other structures Reading and interpreting engineering drawings to execute formwork designs Liaising with team members and site foremen on daily operations and ordering of material Mentoring and supporting junior team members Working with Doka, Peri,



and Ischebeck Titan systems daily Assembling timber structures for walls, lift shafts, columns, slabs, and beams Performing all carpentry tasks related to ground and suspended slabs Cutting, preparing, assembling, and installing timber structures Ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations Selecting and utilising appropriate timber materials Measuring, levelling, and setting out work accurately Erecting frameworks and supports using hand and power tool Inspecting and maintaining formwork Checking alignment, levels and dimensions Installing temporary supports and formwork components Installing and dismantling formwork designs according to engineering designs Qualification &

experience Key Requirements Minimum 3 years’ experience working as a carpenter Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and select appropriate formwork system Certificate III in Carpentry (desirable, but not essential with substantial experience) About Company We are a Formwork company based in Melbourne Australia founded in 2010.
