Casual Barista / Café All-Rounder | The T-Spoon Café | Eastern Creek, NSW

We’re looking for a barista to join our team at The T-Spoon Café in Eastern Creek Quarter. You’ll make coffee and help across the café, moving between the coffee station, counter and floor as needed.

What you’ll do

- Dial in the grinder, prepare espresso-based drinks and keep coffee quality consistent during busy periods.
- Take orders, serve customers, run food and drinks, and clear and reset tables.
- Keep the coffee station clean and stocked, and help with dishes, restocking and general café cleaning.

What we’re looking for

- At least 1 year of barista experience in a café or similar setting.
- Confidence preparing espresso, texturing milk and managing coffee orders during a rush.
- A friendly,



reliable team member who takes initiative and is comfortable switching between tasks.
- Availability at least 4 days per week.

Hours and pay This is a casual role with versatile daytime shifts. The number of shifts and hours may vary from week to week. Pay is in line with the Restaurant Industry Award (MA000119), including casual loading and applicable penalty rates. Junior rates apply where applicable.
