What we're looking for
- Solid experience in a similar kitchen environment
- Experience in a café, bistro or fine dining kitchen is welcome
- Strong ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency
- Confidence to work independently without close supervision
- Reliable, organised and calm under pressure
- A team player who takes ownership of their section and standards
