Cool Cabanas Glamping is an established Perth business specialising in beautiful glamping experiences, luxury tent setups and styled events.

We're looking for a dependable, hands-on person to join our small casual team. Ideally, we're looking for someone who can become a trusted member of our operations team — someone with common sense, initiative and an eye for detail who can confidently take the lead when required.

This isn't just about putting up tents. It's about making sure every event runs smoothly, our equipment is cared for, and everything is organised and ready for the next booking.

What you'll be doing

- Following detailed event orders to select, prepare and pack the correct equipment for each booking.
- Loading and unloading our company van safely and efficiently.
- Driving our company van to event locations throughout Perth.
- Setting up and dismantling glamping tents, picnic setups and event equipment.
- Making beds, arranging furnishings and styling beautiful spaces for our customers.
- Checking equipment for cleanliness, damage and completeness.
- Returning equipment to our storage unit and ensuring everything is clean, neatly packed and returned to its designated place.
- Working independently or as part of a small team, occasionally taking responsibility for coordinating an event setup or pack-down.

Who we're looking for We're particularly interested in someone who:
- Has common sense and initiative — you can think ahead, solve practical problems and get things done without constant supervision.
- Is exceptionally organised — you believe everything has a place and should be returned there.
- Takes pride in their work — whether it's styling a tent or organising a storage shelf, the details matter.
- Is reliable and punctual — our customers depend on us to deliver their events on time.




- Can follow instructions accurately — our event orders are detailed for a reason!
- Is confident taking the lead — you're comfortable making sensible decisions and guiding another team member when required.
- Is physically capable of safely handling equipment, loading vehicles and assembling tents.
- Has a current driver's licence and is confident driving a commercial van.
- Enjoys practical, hands-on work and working outdoors.
- Is available for regular weekend shifts, particularly Saturdays and Sundays, with occasional weekday availability an advantage.

Previous experience in camping, event setups, hospitality or similar hands-on roles would be helpful, but isn't essential. We're happy to teach the right person our setup and styling standards. Attitude, reliability and attention to detail are far more important to us than previous experience.
