About the role
Spoon Patisserie is a premium food manufacturer specializing in cakes, desserts and pastries. We are seeking reliable and hardworking Casual Production Packers to join our team at Eagle Farm.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced food production environment where accuracy, efficiency and attention to detail are essential.
Key responsibilities
- Packing cakes, desserts and pastries to quality standards
- Checking product presentation and packaging
- Labelling and preparing orders for dispatch
- Meeting daily production targets and deadlines
- Maintaining food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Following workplace health and safety procedures
- Assisting with general production duties as required
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in food production,
packing or warehousing preferred
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Good attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Physically capable of standing throughout shifts and performing repetitive tasks
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced team environment
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene
- Full working rights in Australia
- Availability for AM or PM shifts
