Bidfood Gladstone is looking for a confident and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Casual Shop Assistant. This role comes with the potential to turn into fulltime work.

About the role

This is a daytime position – and as an employer, we value the importance of balancing work with family and social life. We believe people do their best work when they feel supported, both on the job and beyond it.

The role will require you to:

- Serving customers

- Updating weekly specials

- Stock rotation

- Picking and packing of orders

- Keeping the shop clean and running smoothly

About you

You’re someone who genuinely enjoys helping others, communicates clearly and stays composed under pressure. Whether it’s a busy day or a complex customer query, you bring professionalism, warmth and a can-do attitude to your work.

If you’ve worked in hospitality, retail, administration, call centres, reception, or even fast-paced medical or logistics environments, your ability to multitask, stay organised and build rapport will be highly regarded.
