An exciting opportunity under new ownership!

Cooba Sport & Education Centre is under new ownership, and we are looking for an enthusiastic, capable and business-minded Centre Manager to lead the operations and take the centre into its next stage of growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in accommodation, hospitality, education, tourism, school camps or group management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the centre.
- Oversee accommodation, reservations and guest services.
- Coordinate school camps, educational programs and group bookings.
- Build relationships with schools, sporting clubs and education providers.
- Manage staff, rosters, facilities and customer service.
- Develop training, education and recreational programs.
- Promote the centre and generate new business opportunities.
- Work closely with the owners to increase occupancy and revenue.

What We Are Looking For
- Previous management or leadership experience.




- Experience in hospitality, accommodation, education or tourism.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage school groups and large bookings.
- A positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
- Commercial thinking and a passion for business growth.
