About the role In this role, you will be directly involved in our bakery program, producing fresh, Coopers spent grain bread, hand-stretched Neapolitan-style pizzas and a range of pastries. You will also support other areas of kitchen production, including sandwich preparation, entrees, grill, salads and desserts.

Key Responsibilities will include

- Assist in developing pizzas, breads and pastries that highlight South Australian ingredients and compliment and incorporate Coopers Beers.
- Become an integral part of an inspired, diverse and motivated kitchen team.
- Produce a consistent, high-quality food offering.
- Minimise food wastage through sound kitchen management processes.
- Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
- Support the Head Chef to maintain an environment and culture that facilitates learning and creativity.




- Being actively involved in menu development and contributing ideas to the creation of current dishes

About you To be considered for this great opportunity you will be enthusiastic, and engaging and self-motivated with:

- Ability to work both autonomously and to assist all areas of the kitchen.
- Deliver exceptional internal and external customer service.
- Sound understating of kitchen workflows and menu planning.
- A willingness to learn and genuine interest in exploring new techniques and procedures
- Appropriate qualification in commercial cookery
- First Aid Certificate (desirable)
- Certificate 3 in Patisserie(desirable)
