Ready to run your own section?

We’re looking for a full-time Chef de Partie to join the kitchen at Hotel Elermore.

You’ll run your section from prep through service, keeping standards high every shift. CDP experience is preferred, but if you’re a motivated junior chef with the right attitude and a real willingness to learn, we want to hear from you too.

What you’ll be doing

- Run your section through prep and service
- Plan your prep and manage your time so service keeps moving
- Keep quality and consistency high on every plate
- Maintain food safety, stock rotation and a clean, organised station
- Work closely with the team and jump in when it gets busy

What you’ll bring

- Cert III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) and recent experience in a commercial kitchen
- CDP experience, or a solid foundation as a junior chef ready to step up
- Good organisation,

- A team player’s attitude and a willingness to learn
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
