Excellent Ocean Road Brewhouse is nestled in the seaside town of Apollo Bay along the iconic Great Ocean Road.
If you are a passionate and experienced chef / cook, excited by local produce, wine, beer, whisky & gin contact us! This position can be casual, part time or full time, depending on your availability and skill set.
The job will include some but not limited to the following:
- Responsible for food production and quality, including but not limited to preparing food using appropriate kitchen equipment
- Hygiene, Sanitation and Food Safety, ensuring all food safety standards are adhered to
- Working in a fast pace team environment
- Hours will include weekends, nights and split shifts
