The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of Italian dishes, maintaining food quality and presentation, and ensuring efficient kitchen operations during busy service periods.

responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of Italian dishes, including pasta, risotto, meat, seafood and other menu items. Prepare ingredients and organise daily kitchen operations. Monitor food quality, portion sizes and presentation.

Follow established recipes and cooking procedures. Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards. Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation. Manage cooking tasks efficiently during busy service periods.

Manage stock rotation and minimise food wastage. Qualification &

experience Relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience. Previous experience working as a Chef in a commercial kitchen.



Knowledge of food preparation and various cooking techniques. Ability to maintain food quality and consistency. Good time management and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced team environment.
