Are you a passionate and experienced chef looking for a current challenge in a thriving environment? We are looking for a Full-Time Chef to join our dynamic team.

Minimum Requirements:

· At least 2 years' experience in a bulk cooking or production kitchen environment

· Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards

· Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare and cook meals in line with production schedules and menu specifications

· Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation and portion control

· Maintain strict adherence to food safety, HACCP, and hygiene standards

· Assist with bulk food production, including prep, cooking and service

· Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and stock rotation (FIFO)

· Maintain kitchen cleanliness and ensure equipment is well cared for





· Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations

· Follow all workplace health and safety procedures

· Assist in menu execution and contribute to continuous improvement where required
