Path to Independence is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to help develop the clinical capability of our disability support workforce. This hands‑on role combines clinical training, competency assessment, care plan development, compliance and direct clinical support across our Supported Independent Living services.
You will train and assess staff, maintain competency records and help develop practical systems that support secure, consistent and high‑quality participant care.
