Ventia is seeking Customer Service Assistants for the Brisbane Airport Rail Contract. You will support the Airtrain Division with ticket sales, platform monitoring, and helping travellers with information and guidance.
Initially rostered Monday–Friday around 30 hours per week, with potential upskilling to permanent Ventia roles and longer hours including weekends and public holidays. Training starts 9/12.
