Omni Recruit is partnering with a busy Parramatta venue on Church Street to hire a Hospitality Floor Supervisor. You’ll lead front-of-house operations and ensure service is fast, friendly and consistent.
You’ll train and motivate a young team, run pre-shift briefs, manage guest feedback, and handle openings, closings, cash‑ups and floor checks. A explicit path to management awaits the right person.
