Community Engagement Administrator - Gleeson Internal EOI

Permanent | 22.5 hours per week | 41 weeks per year

Gleeson College invites expressions of interest from internal College staff for the role of Community Engagement Administrator commencing Week 0, Term 1 2027.

The successful applicant will provide administrative and project support to the Marketing and Community Engagement Team, including supporting enrolments, family enquiries, assisting with tours and College events. The role also involves maintaining accurate records and databases, preparing correspondence and reports, and liaising with families, staff and external stakeholders.

This role would suit a highly organised administrator with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and advanced Microsoft Office skills. Confidence with digital systems, discretion with confidential information, experience supporting projects or events,



and the ability to manage competing priorities with moderate direction are important, along with a relevant qualification in administration, marketing or business and/or comparable experience. Out of hours work will be required at times to support events.

This prospect is available to Gleeson College staff only.

Employment fraction: 0.51 FTE
Working weeks: 41 weeks per year, including Term time, Week 0 of Term 1 and Week 9 of Term 4
Hours: Up to 22.5 hours per week (pattern of weekdays and start/finish times negotiable)
