About the Role
Hope&Ablity; is seeking reliable, motivated, and hardworking individuals to provide household cleaning and gardening services to our participants in Doncaster and Melton, Victoria.
We are looking for people who take pride in their work, have good attention to detail, and can work independently while maintaining a professional and respectful approach.
Key Responsibilities
Cleaning Duties:
- Perform general household cleaning.
- Vacuum and mop floors.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Dust and wipe household surfaces.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and hygienic environment.
Gardening Duties:
- Mow lawns and trim grass.
- Remove weeds and maintain garden areas.
- Trim and maintain plants and shrubs.
- Sweep outdoor areas and pathways.
- Assist with general garden maintenance.
About You The ideal candidates will:
- Be reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Have good attention to detail.
- Be comfortable working independently.
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be physically capable of performing the duties required for the position.
- Have previous cleaning or gardening experience (preferred).
- Be willing to work in Doncaster or Melton, Victoria.
