Are you passionate about delivering great customer service and building strong relationships?

I am looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Client Liaison Officer to join a growing residential construction team.

This is an opportunity to become the key point of contact for clients throughout their building journey, from pre-construction and approvals through to construction, handover and post-handover support.

Working closely with clients, Site Supervisors and internal departments, you will play an significant role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience every step of the way.

About the Role

- Manage client communication throughout the building process
- Provide regular project updates and manage client expectations
- Coordinate with Site Supervisors and internal departments
- Manage approvals, variations, documentation and project milestones
- Liaise with suppliers, consultants and external stakeholders
- Coordinate handovers and post-handover requests
- Respond to client enquiries and resolve concerns professionally

What You'll Bring

- Experience in residential construction, building,



property or a similar client-facing role
- Understanding of residential building processes and construction stages
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong administration and computer skills
- A proactive, positive and team-focused approach
