CLINICAL NURSE EDUCATOR [AGED CARE]

Swan Hill District Health is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE) to lead workforce education and capability development across two Residential Aged Care (Logan Lodge and Jacaranda Lodge). Through clinical leadership, education and mentoring, you will help shape a highly skilled workforce committed to delivering outstanding resident-centred care.

About the Role - as the CNE you will:

- Lead and deliver education programs across our residential aged care services.
- Support workforce capability, clinical excellence and career development.
- Facilitate orientation, mandatory training and competency assessment programs.
- Support managers with staff development and capability improvement initiatives.
- Promote evidence-based practice and person-centred care.
- Contribute to accreditation, quality improvement and compliance activities.
- Mentor emerging leaders and support succession planning across aged care services.

About You - you will bring:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum 5 years post-registration experience. Recent experience within aged care or
- gerontological nursing (minimum 3 years).
- Experience in education, clinical teaching, facilitation and workforce development. Strong communication, coaching and leadership skills.
