Journey Early Learning Parap is seeking an experienced Educational Leader to guide the educational direction of a brand-current, 98-place centre opening November 2026. You will mentor educators, shape practice and foster a culture of quality learning from day one.

Work with the Centre Manager and the Journey team to bring ideas to life, lead reflective practice, align with EYLF and NQS, and build a collaborative, supportive team culture.
