CHEP, a Brambles Company, is seeking a Maintenance Lead for our Kemps Creek Service Centre. This hands-on role leads from the front, develops people and drives safety, reliability and continuous improvement in a highly automated setting.
You’ll coordinate preventative maintenance, manage contractors and parts, champion maintenance systems such as MEX, and mentor the team to elevate capability across operations while supporting weekend overtime when needed.
