Kenbury is working with a leading independent investment bank seeking an Associate to join its Australian advisory team, with coverage across Energy, Healthcare and Utilities.

This opportunity offers exposure to complex M&A; and strategic advisory assignments, working closely with senior bankers and clients across sectors undergoing significant investment and transformation.

The role

- Execute buy-side and sell-side M&A; transactions and strategic advisory mandates.
- Build and review financial models, valuations and transaction analysis.
- Prepare client presentations, investment materials and board papers.
- Coordinate due diligence and manage transaction workstreams.
- Support origination through sector research and company analysis.




- Guide junior analysts and review their work.

Your background

- Relevant experience in investment banking, M&A; advisory or corporate finance.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation and transaction execution skills.
- Experience in Energy, Healthcare or Utilities would be valued, although candidates with broader sector exposure are encouraged to apply.
- Robust communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A strong academic record and a collaborative approach.
