The Role

Bring your building products sales experience to a role focused on customer relationships and commercial opportunities across Sydney.

You’ll understand customers’ project requirements, introduce suitable product solutions and maintain contact throughout the sales process. Alongside developing existing relationships, you’ll identify new accounts and projects where the range could be a good fit.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial customers and project stakeholders.
- Identify new business and opportunities within existing accounts.
- Understand project requirements and present suitable tapware and bathroomware solutions.
- Coordinate product information, quotations and follow-up.




- Work with internal teams to support customer enquiries and project requirements.
- Maintain clear account plans, project records and sales forecasts.

Skills, Experience & Characteristics Required

You’ll bring account management or business development experience within front of wall plumbing or bathroomware.

You’ll also have:

- An understanding of construction customers and project-based selling.
- Confidence presenting products and managing commercial conversations.
- A practical approach to customer service and resolving enquiries.
- Strong organisation and reliable follow-through.
- The ability to develop new relationships while looking after existing customers.
