Commercial Services Officer | Defence | Active NV1 Security Clearance is essential. Your new company Join a major Defence environment supporting complex aviation acquisition and sustainment programs. Based near Newcastle, you'll work within an established commercial team supporting critical Defence capability. Your new role

As Commercial Officer, you'll support commercial activities across the full capability life cycle, including:

Procurement planning, tendering and contract formation

Contract management and contract closure activities

Preparing commercial and procurement documentation, reports and submissions

Supporting procurement policy, probity, commercial and financial requirements

Drafting key planning and procurement documentation

Responding to complex commercial and contract enquiries

Working closely with project teams and key Defence stakeholders

Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies and commercial frameworks

What you'll need to succeed

Current active NV1 Security Clearance is essential

Commercial,



procurement or contract management experience

Defence experience highly regarded

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Excellent written skills, with Defence writing experience desirable

Ability to prioritise and adapt within a fast-paced, complex workplace

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with limited direction
