Client Experience & Sales Specialist (Data & Growth)

Full-Time | Parramatta, Sydney | $60,000 - $65,000 + Super + Uncapped Monthly Commission & Quarterly Bonuses

Active Movement Studio (AMS) is growing! We are looking for a high-energy relationship builder to guide our community on their health journeys and champion the ultimate member experience in this brand-current sales role.

Your Impact on the Client Journey

- Champion the Complete Journey: Guiding the non-clinical experience, turning a prospective client's first curious interaction into a lifelong health transformation. Owning the client journey making it seamless, supportive, and effortless through active listening through communication touch points.
- Bridge the Gap: Transforming initial curiosity into life-changing, long-term health and fitness lifestyle changes through client bookings.
- Grow the Community: Actively stepping out into Western Sydney to introduce locals to lifestyle care through community events.
- Maximise Value: Deepening member relationships to optimise their lifelong value and become apart of the AMS community.

- Love People & Conversions: You genuinely enjoy meeting new faces and confidently ask for bookings and target conversions.
- Are High-Volume & Resilient: You thrive under pressure, comfortably managing 40–60+ outbound touches a day to crush your targets.

You love tracking performance and feel right at home using spreadsheets and CRM systems (like Cliniko or Podium).
- Take Total Ownership: You are a proactive self-starter who treats the sales pipeline as your own business.
- Care About Wellbeing: You have a genuine, authentic interest in health, fitness, and community wellbeing.

Bonus Experience (Not Required) Note: You do not need a health or fitness qualification. We train for skill but hire for personality, work ethic, and data literacy! We would love it if you bring:

- 1–3 years of experience in client experience, sales, fitness, allied health, or customer service.
- A proven track record with customer acquisitions, lead conversions, and smashing inbound sales targets.
