About The Role

You will support older Australians to maintain their independence and quality of life by assisting with:

Domestic assistance (this is often the largest part of your day)

Personal care

Meal preparation

Transport to appointments

Shopping and errands

Community participation

Social support and companionship

You will work directly in clients' homes and communities, supporting them to achieve the goals that matter most to them.

We'd Love To Hear From You If You Have

At least 2 years' experience in aged care, home care or community care

Robust communication and relationship-building skills A caring and person-centred approach

Excellent time management and reliability A genuine passion for supporting older Australians

Essential Requirements

Current Driver Licence

Reliable and insured vehicle

Current First Aid & CPR

National Police Check

NDIS Worker's Check

Australian working rights
