Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Operator – Flatbed Kitchen Manufacturing

Cleveland, Brisbane Bayside QLD | Full-Time TIMBER INDUSTRY – KITCHEN & CABINET MANUFACTURING

We are looking for an experienced Flatbed CNC Machine Operator to join our busy kitchen manufacturing factory in Cleveland.

This is a hands-on machine operating position working with flat timber panels. No CNC programming required!

Jason Gannon Cabinetmakers is a well-established business with over 25 years in the industry, manufacturing kitchens, bathrooms and cabinetry for residential builders throughout South East Queensland.

The Position

Working within our Machine Shop Team, you'll be responsible for:

- Operating flatbed Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machinery to cut and machine cabinetry panels
- Working with MDF, particleboard, melamine and other cabinetry board products
- Assisting with edgebanding and general machine shop production
- Checking accuracy and quality of machined components
- Keeping machinery and work areas clean, organised and running efficiently
- Working alongside our production team to maintain a steady workflow

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience operating flatbed CNC machinery, preferably within the timber, cabinetmaking or kitchen manufacturing industry




- Confidence working with machinery in a busy production environment
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team
- LF Forklift Licence advantageous but not essential
- Someone looking for a stable, long-term position

You do not need CNC programming experience. Our systems are already established — we need someone who enjoys operating machinery and keeping production moving! Experience in kitchen or cabinet manufacturing would be ideal, but we're happy to consider operators from other timber or panel-processing environments.
