We're looking for a content creator who lives and breathes content, but also loves a role where every day is different and they are challenges to always innovate and be creative.

Sure you'll work on some corporate shoots and get some great experience BUT you'll also be working with some of Australia's best podcasters and creators, across UGC campaigns, course recordings and even a webinar or two.

The one thing across all of them? We create content that we are proud of and can't wait to share with each and every client.

From storing sets on-site for our residents to a fully stocked bathroom for last minute touches we’ve thought of all of the things we wished existed ... and now they do.





The role

You’ll work closely with our Co-Founders and the clients who come into our studio, and no two days will be the same.

Running sessions.

Yes, you get paid to sit in on some of the best conversations in podcasting. If you’ve done this before, incredible. If not, we’ll train you to set up cameras, lights and audio for client bookings and our own shoots. You’re responsible for all the little 1%’s that make each conversation the best it can be. Afterwards you’ll manage the files and either send them to our editing team or package them yourself.

Owning our content and strategy.

You’ll work with the team to come up with ideas, then shoot, edit and post across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn. You’re in charge of the creative direction, strategy and vision for the page. The goal is for Project C to be the place people record incredible content and also the page they come to for advice, to learn and to be inspired.

Editing and content creation.

The most important part of any piece of content is the idea ... The second is the hook.

We’ve recently built some very cool AI tools that speed up editing, but they still need someone with great taste, positive ideas and an eye for a hook to run them. We’ll train you on them,



and it’s a bonus if you already use AI in your own workflow. You’ll produce clips, reels and ads for the clients who record with us as well as for Project C itself.

The one thing you must be great at

Creating Content. You find the moment in a long conversation that makes a stranger stop scrolling, then you cut it into a reel people watch to the end.

You have a design eye and aren't just throwing captions on a reel, you're consistently thinking about the brand you're building it for, the latest trends and how you can create something that stands out.

We can teach you the cameras, the studio and our AI tools. We can’t teach you this part.

You’ll love this if

- You've got experience creating content and are already using AI to speed up your workflow or are very keen to learn (not scripting ... we're talking sorting b-roll, editing, adding motion effects)

- You check the numbers on everything you post and can explain why one reel did 40k and the next did 900.

- You can make a first-time guest feel at home in a room full of cameras.

- You bring ideas before anyone asks.
