Maestro Hospitality is seeking a cocktail bartender for the two venues at Crown Sydney. You will prepare classic and contemporary cocktails, provide recommendations, and deliver warm service at Vista’Mare and a’Mare in a high-volume, premium workplace.
Work closely with bar, floor and kitchen teams; maintain a well-organised bar, presentation, and cleanliness. NSW RSA and working rights required; evenings, weekends, and public holidays availability essential.
