Central Queensland Indigenous Development Inc. (CQID) is seeking a Youth Worker to provide therapeutic, trauma-informed care and support to children and young people in Out-of-Home Care across CQID’s service footprint.

You will empower youths to heal and grow, working within a multidisciplinary team to deliver culturally responsive care. The role requires versatile day, night and weekend availability, strong collaboration with Child Safety and residential staff, and adherence to CQID policies and
