We are looking for a passionate cook to join our team, preferably with experience in greek cuisine. Your duties will be:
- Mise en Place & Prep: Wash, peel, chop, and slice vegetables, meats, and other ingredients before service. Measure and mix seasonings, sauces, and portions according to recipes.
- Cooking: Operate grills, ovens, fryers, or stoves to cook food to exact orders and temperatures.
- Kitchen Sanitation & Safety: Clean and sanitize work surfaces, cutting boards, and cooking equipment. Follow strict food safety, hygiene, and allergen rules.
- Inventory & Storage: Label, rotate, and store food in refrigerators, freezers, and dry storage. Monitor stock levels and report low ingredients.
- Teamwork & Communication
Pay: $35.00 per hour
