DIRAQ At Diraq, we are building the future of quantum computing, enabling millions of qubits on a single chip. As we scale, strong operating methods, clear accountabilities and reliable management systems are essential to translating strategy into execution. We are looking for a high-calibre Corporate Development Senior Associate to work closely with the Chief of Staff and Senior Leadership Team.

This is a hands-on role focused on analysing how the organisation operates, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and control, and designing practical methods, systems and processes that support sustainable growth. You will review operating arrangements across corporate development, finance and operations, develop evidence-based recommendations, and lead approved improvements from design through implementation. The role also supports disciplined fundraising, investor management and strategic planning through robust data, workflows and analysis.

Benefits • Stunning central Sydney CBD office with great amenities.

- Paid time off to volunteer for causes you care about.
- Eligibility to participate in our employee equity program.
- Work alongside world-leading quantum scientists and a highly engaged Senior Leadership Team.
- A fast-paced, high-impact setting with scope to grow as the company scales.
- Front-row exposure to how breakthrough technology becomes a global platform. Task &

responsibilities • Operating model review: Assess how Diraq's corporate functions, reporting lines and decision-making currently operate as the company grows, and identify where they are slowing execution, creating duplication or increasing risk.

- Improvement proposals: Develop practical, evidence-based options to strengthen how the company operates, documenting findings, options, benefits and risks, and present recommendations to the Chief of Staff and Senior Leadership Team.
- Process redesign: Analyse and redesign internal processes, handovers and responsibilities across corporate development, finance and operations so the business can scale with less friction, stronger controls and clearer accountability.

- AI-enabled ways of working: Review how teams use tools such as Microsoft Copilot, identify opportunities for AI to improve efficiency and insight, lead approved rollouts, and provide training and hands-on support so staff adopt new tools with confidence.
- Initiative delivery: Take endorsed improvement initiatives from decision to delivery. Own workplans, timelines, dependencies, stakeholder engagement and change communications, and track outcomes against agreed goals and measures.
- Single source of truth: Design and maintain the systems, controls and data standards supporting the cap table, CRM and investor records, including clear ownership, access, quality checks and update rules.
- Capital-raising framework: Build and maintain a repeatable fundraising playbook covering investor-material templates, diligence workflows, data-room structure and closing checklists, and execute capital raises within that framework, including valuations and share issues.
- Investor engagement standards: Establish the format, cadence and quality standards for investor briefings, updates and stakeholder records, and maintain accurate context across investors, advisors and other key stakeholders.
- Financial and scenario analysis: Build and maintain financial models, valuations and scenarios to test strategic, organisational and fundraising options and support long-term planning and decision-making. Qualification &

experience • Relevant experience: You have 4-6 years of experience in organisation and methods analysis, business process improvement, operating model design, management consulting, corporate development, strategic finance or a closely related role in a high-performance environment.

- Analytical capability:

You can investigate organisational problems, map current-state processes, analyse qualitative and quantitative evidence, identify root causes, and translate findings into practical recommendations.
- Process and change delivery: You have experience redesigning workflows, clarifying responsibilities and controls, documenting procedures, and implementing improvements across multiple functions and stakeholder groups.
- Commercial and financial skills: You have strong financial analysis, valuation and project management skills. Exposure to fundraising execution, cap tables, data rooms and share issuances is highly valued.
- Systems and data discipline: You are comfortable establishing governance, ownership and quality standards for business systems and records, including CRM and investor information.
- Technology adoption: You are confident using modern productivity and analysis tools, including Microsoft Copilot or comparable AI-enabled platforms, and can support adoption through training and practical guidance.
- Stakeholder communication: You communicate clearly with senior leaders, investors, advisors and cross-functional teams, and can prepare concise reports, presentations and decision materials.
- Professional approach: You are highly detail-oriented, trusted with sensitive and confidential information, comfortable working through ambiguity, and motivated to build repeatable methods that improve organisational performance.
- Qualifications: A relevant tertiary qualification in business, commerce, finance, economics, management, information systems or a related discipline is preferred. CFA or CA is an advantage but not essential.
