Overview

We are looking for thoughtful listeners who can judge whether simulated responses address stated customer concerns. You will perform AI evaluation of scenario conversations and media for helpfulness, tone, and complete answers. This opportunity is remote, with flexible hours and assignments based on project availability. Students, recent graduates and working professionals are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Review simulated exchanges for respectful language, relevant information, and unresolved questions.
- Compare responses and choose the one that better serves the described situation.
- Support your decision with specific evidence from the simulated conversation.




- Take part in English conversations with AI models when assigned to voice tasks.
- Record your ratings using project guidelines and flag examples that are difficult to judge.

Requirements

- Confident spoken English and clear written communication.
- Thoughtful interpretation of customer-style scenarios and needs.
- Ability to judge scenario responses using stated needs and criteria.
- A computer, reliable internet and headphones, with a quiet space for voice-based tasks.
- Ability to produce your own ratings and written explanations without using AI tools.
