Ben Moves Brisbane is a family-owned removals business based at Eagle Farm. We help Brisbane families and businesses with home moves, office relocations, packing and storage. We’re a busy, people-first team, and we’re looking for someone who enjoys helping customers and keeping the day running smoothly.
About the role
This is a hands-on Customer Service & Bookings Support role in our Eagle Farm office — not a quiet desk job. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, help coordinate bookings, and support the operations team so every move goes to plan.
Immediate start available.
What you’ll do
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally
- Help customers with removal bookings and quotes
- Manage schedules, calendars and day-to-day booking updates
- Follow up with customers and keep them informed
- Handle general admin and office support
- Assist the operations team wherever needed on busy days
What we’re looking for
- Strong communication skills and a warm, professional manner
- Friendly, reliable and organised
- Good computer and admin skills (Microsoft Office / email / calendars)
- Comfortable multitasking in a rapid-paced office
- Previous customer service, bookings or admin experience preferred
- Removals, transport or logistics experience is a bonus, not essential
- Right to work in Australia
