Part-Time Customer Service / Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organised Customer Service / Receptionist to join our busy clinic on a casual/Part Time basis.

Hours: Thursday, Friday (8.45am - 5pm) and Saturday (8.45am - 4pm)

About the Role:

This varied role includes providing exceptional customer service over the phone and in person. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our busy clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls and respond to client enquiries professionally.
- Book, confirm, reschedule and manage appointments.
- Make outbound calls to follow up enquiries, confirm bookings and encourage rebooking where appropriate.
- Welcome clients, manage check-ins and provide a positive reception experience.
- Maintain accurate client records and appointment schedules.
- Manage emails and general administrative tasks.




- Assist with payment processing and other reception duties.
- Liaise with clinical staff to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Maintain client confidentiality and a professional clinic environment.

About You:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, professional, and well-presented

Customer Service / Reception

- Confident using computers and booking systems
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Able to remain calm and efficient in a busy clinic environment
- Previous reception or customer service experience is preferred but not essential
