Overview

We are looking for calm communicators who recognise helpful, respectful, and complete responses to stated concerns. You will perform AI evaluation of scenario conversations and media for tone, usefulness, and direct answers to prompts. This opportunity is remote, with flexible hours and assignments based on project availability. Students, recent graduates and working professionals are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Review simulated responses for empathy, clear next steps, and unresolved questions.
- Compare generated replies and choose the one that handles the scenario more helpfully.
- Explain your choice with evidence about tone, relevance, and completeness.




- Take part in English conversations with AI models when assigned to voice tasks.
- Record your ratings using project guidelines and flag examples that are difficult to judge.

Requirements

- Confident spoken English and explicit written communication.
- Calm communication and attention to stated concerns.
- Ability to judge scenario responses using stated needs and criteria.
- A computer, reliable internet and headphones, with a quiet space for voice-based tasks.
- Ability to produce your own ratings and written explanations without using AI tools.
