We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Champion / Representative to join our friendly, supportive team. Working from our modern, comfortable, fully air-conditioned office in Arndell Park, NSW, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our valued clients and corporate partners.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Receptionist at Nutrition Systems, your daily duties will include:

- Customer Communication: Managing inbound customer, including phone, email, and digital platforms with a high standard of quality service.

- Order & Administrative Management: Accurate data entry, processing customer orders, managing credit claims, processing payments, invoicing, journaling, scanning, and scheduling courier deliveries.

- Teamwork and Collaboration: Liaising with account managers, internal team members, and key corporate accounts to ensure high-quality outcomes and smooth operational flow.

- Problem Solving: De-escalating concerns, troubleshooting account queries, and delivering creative, innovative solutions for customer needs.

- Value Addition:



Identifying and seizing opportunities for cross-selling and upselling across our entire product portfolio—including energy drinks, sports foods, and dietary supplements—to help maximize customer satisfaction and business growth.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Prior experience in customer service, call centre, or front-desk receptionist roles is preferred. However, motivated newcomers with a strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a fast-paced team are highly encouraged to apply!

- Team Mindset: A true team player with a "Togetherness" mindset who can collaborate smoothly while remaining proactive and productive when working independently.

- Digital & Technical Literacy: Proficiency with contemporary workplace productivity tools, intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook/Teams), and comfort with general office software.

- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills showcasing a professional, clear, and friendly tone.

- Attributes: High attention to detail, robust time management, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to undergo a standard Police clearance check.
