The Role

We are seeking a customer-focused and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our Administration team in Coffs Harbour.

As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding support across phone, email and other communication channels. You will manage customer orders, resolve enquiries, coordinate with internal teams and ensure every customer interaction reflects our commitment to service excellence.

This is a fast-paced and rewarding role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail and a genuine passion for helping customers. Flexibility to work across day, night and weekend shifts is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to customer enquiries.

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently within agreed service timeframes.

Manage order amendments, delivery enquiries, backorders and product availability requests.

Maintain accurate customer records, order details and account information.

Coordinate closely with Warehouse, Operations, Transport and Sales teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment.

Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues where required.

Assist with customer account administration, credits,



returns and related transactions.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

About You To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Previous experience in a customer service, administration or customer support position.

Experience within foodservice, wholesale distribution, FMCG, logistics or a similar industry will be highly regarded.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities.

High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.

The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Solid computer literacy, including Microsoft Outlook and business systems.

A positive, reliable and team-oriented approach to work.

A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
