Overview

We are looking for thoughtful decision makers who can balance usefulness, tone, and attention to stated goals. You will perform AI evaluation of scenario conversations and media for helpfulness, completeness, and prompt alignment. This opportunity is remote, with flexible schedule and assignments based on project availability. Students, recent graduates and working professionals are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Review generated responses for addressed goals, respectful language, and practical clarity.
- Compare outputs and choose the one that supports the described outcome better.
- Explain your decision with evidence from the scenario and response.




- Take part in English conversations with AI models when assigned to voice tasks.
- Record your ratings using project guidelines and flag examples that are difficult to judge.

Requirements

- Confident spoken English and clear written communication.
- Thoughtful judgment of helpfulness and stated goals.
- Ability to judge scenario responses using stated needs and criteria.
- A computer, reliable internet and headphones, with a quiet space for voice-based tasks.
- Ability to produce your own ratings and written explanations without using AI tools.
