The role
- 3-5 nights (2-4h shifts) with flexibility if desired, however, Fri & Sat nights essential
- Supervise 0-3staff per shift including training
- Food Safety procedures adhered to
- Implement/Follow Systems
- Liaise with bar staff
- Liaise with suppliers/ ordering
- Potentially liaise with customers in the lead up to functions
You
- Have attention to detail/ excellent food presentation
- Organisational skills
- Versatile
- Min 3 years experience
- 2 years experience in pizza making
- Mature
