Xcel Group is establishing a recent commercial joinery facility in Western Sydney and seeks a senior Joinery Workshop Manager to own and build the operation from the ground up. You will oversee from estimating and shop drawings through CNC production, workshop management and project delivery.

The role requires strong commercial joinery experience, access to CAD/CAM tools, and proven leadership in a busy production environment.
