Hills Prosthodontics in Castle Hill is seeking a Dental Assistant for a maternity leave position starting January 2027, with potential for paid training in November and December this year.

Our friendly and supportive team is looking for a Dental Assistant available Wednesdays and Thursdays for an anticipated period of 12 months, with high potential for ongoing employment. We are offering a casual contract with reliable hours at a modern boutique practice.

Prosthodontic experience will be highly regarded, however this is also an excellent career opportunity for any dental assistant looking to gain experience and training in prosthodontic and implant procedures.

About Us

Hills Prosthodontics is a specialist dental practice providing personalised dental care in Castle Hill.

We are a small team providing treatment mainly on referral. Our work includes a range of prosthodontic work including dental reconstructions, implant work including surgical aspects, and cosmetic dental work. Our practice has a focus on technology uptake, incorporating digital photography, intra-oral scanning, clinical software planning and 3D printing.

The Role





You will be part of a fantastic clinical team assisting our experienced lead clinician chairside in a broad range of surgical and non-surgical procedures, completing sterilisation duties, and maintaining high infection control standards.

Hours

Wednesdays and Thursdays from 7.45am to 5.30pm, 1 hour lunch break.

will be personable, reliable, friendly and a positive communicator. We value a professional approach and someone who maintains a high standard of work, including exemplary infection control standards and practices.

Successful applicants should have previous dental assisting experience, although additional training will be provided for an exceptional candidate who is a good fit for our team!

Highly Regarded

- Experience with implant dentistry
- Knowledge of other prosthodontic procedures such as crowns, bridges, veneers, and full and partial dentures.
- Certificate III in Dental Assisting
