LiveBig, part of the Arriba Group, is seeking an experienced Referral Intake skilled to manage referrals from initial enquiry through to service commencement. You’ll collaborate with participants, families, clinicians and partners to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and rapid matching with the right supports.
You’ll drive onboarding discussions, coordinate waitlists, and liaise with Support Coordinators to allocate participants based on needs and capacity.
