What you'll be doing
- Assisting dentists during examinations and procedures
- Ensuring dental operatories are fully stocked and sterilised
- Welcoming patients, booking appointments, and managing patient records
- Providing high-quality customer service and addressing patient queries and concerns
- Undertaking general administrative duties as required
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant
- Willingness and flexibility to work until 7:00pm when needed
- Knowledge of dental procedures, instrumentation, and infection control protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- A caring, empathetic, and professional approach to patient care
