We are seeking an experienced Digital Integration Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the integration of complex systems, platforms, and networks within a highly secure and mission-critical environment.

In this role, you will work with technical teams and stakeholders to define integration requirements, assess solution designs, manage interoperability challenges, and provide expert advice to support the successful delivery of technology programs. This position is ideally suited to professionals who have worked in secure, regulated, or classified environments where reliability, governance, and security are critical.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and assess digital integration requirements across multiple projects.
- Review solution designs and provide technical recommendations.
- Support system interoperability, integration planning, and risk management.
- Engage with stakeholders to align technical and business objectives.
- Produce technical documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Contribute to integration standards, governance processes, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and emerging technologies.

Essential Skills & Experience

- Degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience in systems integration, enterprise technology, or digital transformation environments.
- Robust expertise in one or more of the following:
- Networking and communications technologies
- Systems integration and interoperability
- Enterprise or solution architecture
- Software design and large-scale systems




- Distributed systems
- Autonomous systems and emerging technologies

- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience contributing to the full system lifecycle, from requirements through to implementation and sustainment.

Desirable

- Experience working insecure, regulated, or mission-critical environments.
- Experience with technology governance, risk management, and assurance processes.
- Program or project delivery experience.
- Knowledge of systems engineering, testing, verification, and validation methodologies.
