This is an opportunity for an experienced Project Architect to take ownership of projects within an established Sydney architecture practice, working across retail, commercial and mixed-use developments.

The studio has an ongoing pipeline of mid-sized shopping centres across Sydney, including regional and neighbourhood retail developments for major property groups such as GPT. Projects also include commercial buildings and new-build co-living developments with integrated retail, offering variety in scale, complexity and building requirements.

The role involves managing projects from design development through DA, detailed documentation and construction. Responsibilities include overseeing Revit documentation, coordinating consultants, resolving technical issues and working directly with clients and builders to maintain design quality, programmes and project requirements.

Working alongside experienced senior architects, the position offers considerable autonomy in managing day-to-day project decisions, coordinating internal teams and maintaining client relationships. There is also involvement in construction-stage delivery, providing opportunities to further develop project leadership and technical expertise.
