What You'll Be Working On

- Design, build and maintain digital forms, workflow solutions and lightweight applications.
- Develop and support automation and integration solutions across multiple business systems.
- Build and maintain APIs, data flows and cloud-based integrations, including solutions using Microsoft Azure.
- Create AI-enabled solutions that help teams access information, streamline work and improve productivity.
- Investigate, prototype and implement innovative digital solutions.
- Contribute to initiatives that bring information, systems and workflows together.
- Test, document, monitor and continuously improve solutions to ensure security, reliability and maintainability.

- What We're Looking For




- A practical problem solver who enjoys building and delivering solutions.
- Hands-on experience with automation, systems integration, application development or low-code platforms.
- Experience working with APIs, SaaS platforms and cloud technologies.
- Experience with Workato, Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio or Azure is highly desirable.
- Ability to understand business challenges, evaluate options and deliver solutions from concept through to implementation.
- Solid communication skills and the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Interest in AI, automation and emerging technologies.
- Experience within a regulated environment is advantageous but not essential.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

- Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required pre-employment clearances.
- Willingness to undertake relevant background screening checks.
- 3+ years' experience in software development, integration or digital solution development.
