Tibii – Disability Support, Done Differently
Locations: Oakden, Elizabeth, Port Adelaide and Morphett Vale At Tibii, we don't just provide disability support,
we re-imagine what support can be.
We're looking for warm, curious, and values-driven people to join our growing team as Disability Support Workers across Adelaide and surrounding suburbs.
This isn't a "just turn up and do a shift" role.
It's a place where heart, humanity, leadership, and culture genuinely matter.
Why Tibii is different
Tibii is a proud pioneer of the Human Rights Model of Disability. Everything we do, from leadership and management to everyday support, is designed to create:
- A psychologically safe and inclusive workplace
- A high-trust, high-support team culture
- Space for reflection, learning, and growth
- Support that honours dignity, choice, and human rights, always
We invest deeply in ethical leadership, human-centred systems, and strong support structures, so our team feels valued, empowered, and supported, not burnt out or boxed in.
About Tibii
Tibii means "For you." And that's not just a name, it's how we work, lead, and support.
? Website: https://www.tibii.com.au/
We provide premium, human-centred disability support services across South Australia. Our work creates real change, not only in the lives of participants and families, but across the broader community.
At Tibii, culture is not a poster on the wall,
it's something you feel from day one.
A workplace designed for humans
We believe that when support workers feel respected, supported, and empowered, everyone benefits. That's why Tibii invests in:
- Values-led leadership and clear guidance
- Strong team support and reflective practice
- Systems that prioritise safety and wellbeing
- Career pathways that encourage people to stay and grow
This is a place for people who want to fully engage, belong to a team, and build something meaningful long-term.
Our values guide everything we do
We're looking for people who genuinely align with our values: Inclusion • Positivity • Respect • Equity
Trust • Empathy • Harmony • Diversity
If these resonate with how you live and work, you'll feel at home here.
Our approach: The Human Rights Model of Disability
This model recognises that disability is a natural part of human diversity and must be respected and supported in all its forms. People with disability have the same rights as everyone else — and disability must never be used to limit those rights.
