We are looking for reliable, compassionate and capable Disability Support Workers who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of people with complex support needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (particularly Level 3), intellectual disability, complex behaviours and high-intensity support requirements.

Availability and roster flexibility

Applicants must be available to work across a 24/7 roster, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, active overnight shifts, weekends and public holidays as required. The ability and availability to work regular 8-hour shifts is essential.

- Respect the dignity, rights, choices and individuality of every participant.

Previous experience in complex disability support, positive behaviour support and high-intensity support environments is highly desirable.

Applicants must demonstrate professionalism, sound judgement, emotional resilience and a genuine commitment to delivering safe, consistent and high-quality support.

NDIS Worker Screening clearance, relevant qualifications, current First Aid and CPR, and a current driver's licence will be important considerations.
