About Us

We are a passionate, nurse-led NDIS provider delivering high-quality, person-centered disability support. As our services expand, we’re recruiting multiple Support Workers to join our growing team and help make a real difference in the lives of our participants.

The Role

We have multiple casual positions available, offering 38+ hours per week across a range of shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and active overnights.

Duties include

- Personal care (e.g. showering, grooming, continence care)
- Medication support (with training and competencies)
- Domestic tasks (cleaning, laundry, cooking)
- Community access and transportation
- Behavioral and mental health support (where required)

? Position Details

- Casual basis to start
- Guaranteed minimum 38+ hours/week
- Opportunities to transition into Permanent Part-Time for the right candidates




- Shifts span 7 days a week and include sleepovers and awake night shifts
- Paid under the SCHADS Award, with applicable penalties and allowances

✅ What We’re Looking For

Ideal candidates will have:
- Cert III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent, but not essential
- Valid First Aid & CPR certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Driver’s License & access to a reliable, insured vehicle
- Robust communication skills and a compassionate, reliable approach
- Availability across a range of shifts
